port_test

Puppet Enterprise Task to test TCP port connectivity to a destination server or IP address.

Description

This module contains a single basic task which runs a ruby script to test if one or more TCP ports are open. The task will respond in JSON with pass or fail for each port specified.

Parameters

destination

The destination server or IP address.

port

A comma-seperated list of the ports to test.
